Need some help.

I want to put some rear speakers i guess my car did not come with them because the wholes are covered with this rubberish seal. Anyways i took that off but there is no wires going to there. I dont want to rewire the whole car i want the stock speakers so can i just try to find some wires and then try to tap into the front speakers wires?

best thing is to find out if your stock radio has the wiring for the rear speakers if not i dont know
