Went back up to the track yesterday. Was a much better day for racing being overcasted and much cooler. First 3 runs i was running at full weight with my system in the car which was having me run 13.0/13.1. Finally said screw it and took everything out and got up to the line. Had a good launch with a 1.9 60ft and ended up running my 12.91 @107! Let out a good yell when i saw the time on the board. Finally....now for some tires and a tune!

Very nice! Hopefully I can get my full weight car in the 12's on street tires with the minimal mods I have.

Staying on streets until I can get my new clutch in :)

Nope, I stretch out 4th and pray to god that she holds together :)

Actually, its only about 6k but the tach could be off for all I know.

Thats why I moved from the 315/35 to a 26x11.50 ET street, its almost an inch taller to get me more MPH room on the big end without going into 5th.

CC304 cam, 1.5rrs, moroso cai, pacesetter LTs, LM1, 4.10s, 6spd....on street tires and still a stock tune

What tire are you on? Size? My 4th on my 315/35s is good for 112-113. What do you shift at?

IIRC, he has a PCM4Less Tune.

Its a MadZ28 tune thats been slightly altered. No rev limiter, fuel shut off at 6700rpm. Is the factory limiter at 5800 I'm assuming?

Just shy of 5900 in first, just over 5800 in 2nd thru 6th.

Do you have any suspension? That mph is good for a mid 12 if you can get it to cut a 1.7 60ft. Congrats on hitting 12's I remember it felt like it took forever to hit 12's and now I'm guning for 11's.:laugh:

blistien shocks, summit springs, bmr lcas/ reloc brackets, dbl adj phb, spohn tunnel mounted tq arm and newer 1le sways...but im using 4 yr old street tires

Have you tried taking your front swaybar off at the track? I could only get a 1.76-1.89 60ft with mine on but it wasn't consistent at all. I took it off and I could cut 1.73-1.78 60fts allday long. It's not hard to unhook and hook back up before you leave.

nahh i havent. Ive only made 8 passes total with the Z. With more practice and better tires i know i can get better.
