Anyone heard from VendettaV8???

I bought an LS1 brake swap from him, sent the money almost two weeks from him and haven't heard from him since about the day after that.

Profile says he hasn't been on since the 8th, but I'm getting kind of frustrated that I haven't had any confirmation of shipping, or any response to PM's.

If anyone has a way of getting ahold of him, please tell him to tend to his sales online. Thanks

Try getting a hold of him through that other site, then if no luck, file a dispute through pay pal (I'm guessing you used that?).

I just registered and found him on there and sent a quick little PM. Hasn't been on since the 11th over there.

Searching his posts/threads it seems like he has a bad history of selling online and jumps from forum to forum...

This sucks, I'll try and wait to hear from him before going to Paypal, but I need brakes, and this is the 2nd set of LS1 brakes that would have slipped out of hand due to a sour deal...

Yeah, vendetta and VendettaV8 are definately 2 different people. I wouldnt wait too long man. File a dispute before its too late, especially if hes got a bad rep. If the brakes do come in, close the dispute then.

I'm going to file a dispute now, I didn't realize it would be so easy to close it if he does come through.

I sent him PM's on four different sites now, he moves around a lot. A member that sold him some tires last fall gave me his cell phone number, I just called and left a message. And I plan to call until he answers. Thanks guys!

I think we can let it stay, it goes to show ya that patience sometimes really is the answer. Now, not always.... But in this case it was good to just give him a quick chance to sort things out.

Not everyone who ships slow is a bad seller, sometimes things in life just take front and center.

And in the future, this shows us all how much PayPal is your friend (I say this because my pops hates it, for really no reason other than "they" would have his CC #/bank account #. This day in age, thats a little paranoid. Now if he would actually give it a chance, he would see how much easier it is to settle a dispute with PayPal).

Guess I spoke too soon. He completely butchered my address so I had to call FedEx and fix the address and have them reprocess it...another 2 days. Cool.

I hope this kid passed the 3rd grade...
