those pistons look alot like my speedpro hyperutectic (spelled wrong) pistons in my old school 383. did u check the part numbers?
anyways looks like a nice clean motor. u got a good deal.

Yep they are forged aluminum.
Hypers have a H part number, forged has a L part number.

Looks real nice, forged piston with ARP hardware and stock crank and rods?

They are forged I checked the part numbers to make sure.
Yes stock crank cut 10/10 clevite bearings, arp hardware, stock rods, forged pistons, should would great with my current set up swapped over.

For those who missed it this is the full run down
ENGINE BLOCK=Hot Tanks/bead cleaned
Hone&bore .020 over
Torque plate bore service
Line hone mains
OE cast crank shaft cut 10/10
OE connecting rods reconditioned
balanced assembly, short block was assembled and clearenced
PARTS LIST=Clevite bearings mains/rods
TRW forged pistons 10.1 compression
Seal power molly rings
ARP rod bolts
New freeze plugs/gally plugs
NEVER FIRED

Those may be forged but they are not TRW (which is a good thing)!!!! They are Sealed Power. I can tell by the lighting bolt on the piston!

I got a smoking deal. 800 + a bare block that I paid $50 for = $850 total :)!! Couldnt pass it up.

man...with all those stickers on there...that engine stand should be wicked fast!

The engine stand is faster than the car right now, since the car is dead in the garage and i can push the stand faster :(
