ive been thinking of doing these since my car is no longer a DD but how are the installs? im afraid of doing the UDP because i dont want voltage problems, but i dont have a system so im thinking ill be fine. and how does the ewp get wired up etc? also, for the udp, which should i get? thunder racing has a ASP 34% crank pulley for 80$ and looks decent from the pics, may order that as well as my ewp from here. tell me what you guys think.

I have the ASP UDP. Install was VERY easy. That means alot coming from me.
The kit includes new, longer crank bolts. just pull the stock balancer off, and put the UDP on. Next, put the balancer back on, and tighten the new bolts.
Use an impact gun to get the alternator pulley off. You can't get it off with a breaker bar. The new larger alt pulley slides right on.
I do 99% highway driving and my UDP's are fine regarding voltage. With a cold alternator, at idle the alternator will make a strong 14 volts. At any temp off idle, the alt will make 14 volts. They only time voltage in an issue, is when the alternator is hot, and at idle. It will make 11-12 volts then.
If you live in an urban area, and spend alot of time sitting at stoplights, you might have voltage issues. On open road though, you will be fine, 100% of the time.

I recommend the ASP 945103 set. 2-3 lbs. lighter and has 15% over on the alt. I've ran them for serveral years with no issues. Search the forums for a wiring diagram.

and no i dont do alot of sitting at stop lights, a bit here and there but i plan on taking some trips down to milwaukee/chicago and stuff during the summer so it may be a different story then.
