Can't reply in the Site Updates and News Forum

Like the title says.. can't reply in the Site Updates & News forum..

Specifically, I was looking at this thread:

...was going to make a comment on the new feature, but alas, I don't have the privileges to do so. I don't even remember what I was going to comment about.. but thought I would bring it to yalls attention.

I do believe we have that set to a non-reply type of thing. I'll double check it tomorrow though.

Yeah I was thinking that, but wasn't sure after reading this in the thread I linked

If anyone has any questions, go ahead and post away!
So I just assumed users should be able to comment... either way, no big deal.
