what year? i know my 95 z had the fuel pump relay under the dash on the driver side, near the hood release except farther back on the carpet you should see a plastic box with a screw in it on the left. i had to take the panel that runs next to the seat all the way back off to get to it, check the female connectors on the plug to see if they are spaced out, i replaced my relay completely forgot to check the damn connectors after i fixed it it worked, now everything works after bending the connector back. but then after i fix that my opti decided to start dying or at least thats what mite b gggeeeeezzzz

there is fuel pump prime connector in the harness on the pass side shock tower you could try.

before going nuts put direct power to the pump to see if the pump turns on
then trace wires looking to where power stops...what ever is before the power stopage is there is your problem.
