I am having some serious issues with my O2's waking up on the car and I have yet to figure out why. These pictures show the mV of how the sensors have been acting the past 10 or so startups.
As you can see in the screenshots the sensors are reallly low and if you were actualy watching the log they dont ever go up above 180 on the right bank or 100 on the left bank; which still is weak.
My DTC errors are both banks lean, my A/F in car is rich as fuck at 10.4 and im running an autolite AR3924 plug gapped at .44
Ideas?

I was trying to find your other post about this but I cant seem to find it anymore. Anyway, how old are these o2's and when your driving are they cycleing at all?. I see the pcm is allowing closed loop to enabled which tells me that somehow its meeting the pcms requirements to go into that mode. I would swap them out with some new ones and see what happends.

Your car is actually very very lean according to the counts... remember in open loop (the first picture) the O2s are not going to register. When it goes into closed loop is when they start doing their job and it looks like you may have some dead O2s

I may have confused myself here. Is the lean/rich scale the lower the number the more rich the car or lean? A 10.4 A/f is would be...rich, correct?
The plugs are fuckin washed constantlty, it likes to backfire occasionaly too.
I keep telling myself to switch O2's but it just seems like thats not the issue here but maybe its time. Age wise they are 2.5yrs old but as far as mileage they have zero since there has been nothing but startups on this fuckin heap.

They could be fouled from the no driving at all and the constant warmup/shutoff, but that doesnt seem too likely especially with new O2s. Id pull em real quick to see what they look like just so random things dont get replaced.
Once you see em, you will know if its them or not.

They are carbon built up to hell; thats what they look like.

Ill grab some in the morning.
Also, I think ill put new O2s in and just see if they warm up to a decent Mv before I even start the car.

The pictures arent the greatest but you get the idea. The carbon whipes off and you can see the ceramic so I dont think its 'these' sensors that are bad. Also, i did the key on test and the sensors warm up to like 400-500 mV so they are working.
But why the hell are they such toilets when the car is on?? :(

I can barely see these but one thing that strikes me strange is the first screen shot shows around 25 kpa @ 950 idle rpm with zero tps. The second screen shot shows around 70 kpa and it looks like the engine is off?
With your cam and setup I would think you would be around 60 kpa at idle. WOT and or engine off should be around 100 kpa.

May or may not be a relavant question here, but are you running pump gas? Leaded fuel plays bad with narrowband O2's, actually any O2's.

Shepherd,
Both those screenshots are engine on..
And Brandon, its unleaded 94 pumpgas.
