Do I have to run a WOT micro switch on my throttle body if I am already using a NX RPM Activated Window Switch Module?

Yes. You need a wot or a module wired to the tps to generate the the wot signal.

The reason for a wot is you may be in the range of the rpm switch and not wide open. You would not want to be spraying then.

Related question. Is there any reason to not run the switch on the gas pedal instead of the TB?

I had mine on the gas pedal. Which ever way you find is easier or cleaner will work.
