Is the 74 camaro recieving a LT1 or a SBC? Only reason I ask is because I see that you did the mockup on an LT1, but you said 383 SBC.

Justin, he is using a sbc with 23 degree heads, so I used my LT1 engine for mockup. his electric H2O pump sticks out 6' (pretty much the same as an LT1. His alt is mounted low on the driver's side. is there any thing i should be worrried about? I thought dimensionally a SBC and LT1 were the same.
Thanks for the compliments!

You've got it covered if you've already measured and accounted for the front mounted accessories. They are the same for the most part... Just the water pump, pulleys, and accessory stuff to worry about.
BTW, looks like that setup would almost fit into a 4th gen as well... Maybe a little too wide at the headers, but close!

Probably would hit the fender in a 4th gen without some rework. I could test fit it in a 4th gen before i ship it ;)

Just take a grinder to the welds if ya want, just don't make them too thin.
Yeah, i was actually excited for a 2nd gen... I'm quite happy with how it looks... now he will have to test fit it for me.
