went to the track tonight. the da was low 500's. i lowered the psi down to 13 this visit, put the rear on 7 and fronts on 3, and hooked up the 2 step. first couple runs i had the 2 step at 5500 and clicked off a 12.40@109.43 and then a 12.352. raised the 2 step to 6000 and put the fronts on 1. the times went way down each run. i would hot lap the car 3 runs then let it sit for 20ish minutes. clicked off 3 more 12.30 passes then 4 consecutive 12.2x passes.
thanks goes out to butler for giving me some pointers and lining me up in the best groove possible http://www.mofbody.com/forums/images/smiles/headbang.gif
best pass:
r/t .187
60' 1.687
330 5.002
1/8 7.788
1000 10.209
1/4 12.251
mph 110.22
there was only 7 cars and a bike running at kcir. some spectator in the stands swore i had a bottle after he looked at my car and i told him it was a stock headed, cam, intake, bottom end lt1 http://www.mofbody.com/forums/images/smiles/lol.gif
thanks to everyone that helped me out http://www.mofbody.com/forums/images/smiles/wavey.gif http://www.mofbody.com/forums/images/smiles/thumb.gif my goal was 12.40's in this car and i surpassed it http://www.mofbody.com/forums/images/smiles/smile.gif

I'll guess his 1/8th mph..................87.88mph? How close am I?
Honestly that is an awesome time for a bolt-on LT1. Judging by the mph (110) you MAY have another .10 in it, but not much more than that. Your car is getting just about every ounce of power to the ground which is a good thing. With a 1.68 60-foot time, you muct have a real nice converter in that thing!
Congrats!

I would have never guessed it to be a 6-speed with how consistent it is. He is obviously one hell of a driver.
