Which converter?

Im slowly planning my build for a H/C LT1 with a 150 shot. Im stuck between the SS3600 and the PYE3600 from Yank. Along with the mods in my sig, Ill have the AI 230/238 cam and ported heads when its all setup. I will atleast have the converter for the shootout.

I think both would work, but the SS3600 would be more street friendly and most likely work best on the 150 shot.

Hmm, well I only drive the car on the weekends. But I want the best performance at the track. Im told the SS will 60' better but the PYE will be better on the big end?

PY would be more for a higher HP setup and the SS would be my suggestion and I'm sure Dave would suggest the same
