Fan motor grinding

My A/C fan motor is grinding. I need to know the easiest way to replace it. I hope i dont have to pull the dash apart.

The best I remember you just take the glove box out and that panel below it. It's been awhile since I done it but I'm pretty sure that's it. It's an easy job.

Thanks man glad to hear that. My motor is grinding and pulling extra power from the alternator and Im scared its gonna catch on fire. lol.
Does anyone know what all motors will work. Theres alot of cars being parted out, well mainly firebirds, and Id like to know if one of those motors would work.
