Finally glad to see an all LT1 site, been wanting a good one for awhile I hope this one gets big. My name is Tim and I lurk around FTV6 and ls1tech mostly

I began driving a black 1995 3.4L Firebird M5 that my mom had purchased many years ago that she gave me when I turned 18, which she now owns again. and ever since then I counted the days until I could purchase a Trans Am!

Approaching 19 I randomly sent an old friend who drove a Trans Am a message online and asked about his car, he had it for sale. for $4700. I had not ever seen another Trans Am even CLOSE to the looks of this around town. And I practically stole this car, it was in great condition with 107k miles. I had to have it. It is a 1997 TA M6 in Sebring Silver Metallic. I'm 20 now and have owned this car for a year and love it! But this is what it looks like now.

:( I went to remove the moldings, but I found out my car has been painted before because when you remove it, you see the old paint and it looks horrible. I was very upset I wanted to keep them off. Whenever I get my car repainted again, I'll have them remove the moldings and detail the paint.
