I'm running coilovers at all four corners (HAL 12 way adjustables). I use to have the car slammed another 1" or so, but it was to much trouble to watch for the Y-pipe.

Sorry, forgot to answer your main question (springs). I'm using the linear rate QA1 springs front & rear.
