What pistons and rods are you planning on running? Stock crank I assume...
Are you letting a machine shop assemble it for you, if not you can order your oil pump, rings, and bearings.

both rods and pistons(4.030) are eagle and JE forged
yes from what i hear the after market cranks arent worth the money
yes a shop will be putting it together

The stock cranks are pretty tough I think you'll be fine with it. Everything else sounds good, just make sure you get it balanced.
Depending on the wear of your engine you might not need to have it bored out, these things wear extremely little on the cylinder walls, so you might want to consider holding off on the pistons (unless you already bought them) until you get it apart and see the wear.

the shop is gonna do it all from pulling out the engine to the exhaust to the tune,
i already bought the pistons,

i have thought about doing a 100 or 150 shot but i havent really looked into it at all because its not really in my budget right now

Well you'll have a solid foundation with the forged rods and pistons you could even spray a little more than that if you wanted to later down the road.

LE 226/230 .565/.565 111 LSA.
cc306 230@ .510/ 244@ .540 112 LSA

I was just about to suggest some new injectors. If, the spray, is in the future, I`d look into getting some 36#ers
