Where did you hear that? Obviously headers and mufflers are too different things.
My guess would be you heard something like "Hooker Header Mufflers" which would be a muffler made by the brand Hooker Headers.

No, they are such a thing. Here header/collector mufflers (http://store.summitracing.com/egnsearch.asp?N=700+4294923429+4294922711+115+4294 842710)
Anyway they're race mufflers and I'd imagine they would flow good but be very loud.

Oh wow, now I feel retarded. Yeah I bet they're pretty loud. I'd also be worried about not having enough back pressure. Doesn't seem ideal for a street car.

lol, yea i was thinking there wouldnt be enought back pressure too, what if it was like a 3 inch inlet and a 2" xx outlet? i like annoyingly loud but i dont want to lose any performance.

I would say that is more of a race car setup for tracks that require a muffler.

as long as they have an outlet of like 2" or so u think that would give me plenty of back pressure?

You'd probably be alright but why not just go true duals? I doubt you'll see much gain and you'll prevent some interior vibration from the mufflers being right underneath you.

i love true duals, but all my friends all run em, and eveybody else in my area. So i want to run a diff setup, i love loud tho even if i hear it hardcore inside the car.
