hello lol, not sure if this is the right section to post this in but my moms car (1999 chrysler 300m) is spitting and sputtering, like to the point of when it is at operating temp and i shut it off and turn it back on the check engine light will flash at me haha, and it will idle really really ruff? and sometimes die, anyone know or got any ideas?

Get the codes flashed to see what's popping up. That will tell a lot.

Without knowing anything else i'm guessing, bad fuel pump, or faulty ignition coil....

Again, just guessing. Let us know once you get it scanned as Fastbird suggested.

I think Auto Zone checks codes for free.. Thats the first step I would do If I were you.

If that doesnt tell you anything, check the plugs, wires, and see if its getting fuel.

this car is wierd lol i have tried to check the codes many times haha the light only stays on for about 5 min then it shuts off, and it has no plug wires lol they are wierd thing haha, i dunno its a messed up car lol, and the fuel pressure is good

If that light comes on it's going to store a code in teh history. Swing by AutoZone and have it looked at.

Fyi Flashing light is not good. Get the codes pulled and do a good visual

ok.... soo... went to advanced codes read misfire at cylinder 3 and 6 so.. replaced all the spark plugs all the boots 200 dollars.. guess what? didnt fix it haha
