Tune for no tranny

Can anyone give some insight to what needs to be turned off or edited using tunercat to run a vehicle that has a totally mechanical tranny?


Basically just running a VSS and that's it. No wires are even hooked up to the shifter to indicate what gear it's in (though that could change eventually when I swap to the one I want, for now it's a 3spd B&M shifter:doh:)

Starting with a '95 Bbody PCM and a 700r4 incase that matters.

Basically I would say to run a 6 speed file and your good.

Wouldn't I still need to turn off some codes?

Skip shift, maybe?
Seems like there was something else, don't remember.

Yea the 6 speed tune would work. Pretty sure skip shift is all that needs to be disabled

I would load up a M6 file with the VSS hooked up but that is not actually a must, we have done it with nothing and it work just fine.
