Its a M984 HEMTT Wrecker. Im the recovery person. Towes almost everything. Has a crane on the back for lifting and moving a bunch of stuff too. Theres other versions of this too. Theres a Fueler, and a Cargo carrier among others.

ya it is...has a range of 300 miles. I filled it up the other day when it was just under a 1/4 tank and it too 85 gallons of jp-8 lol
