alright so what are the steps to changing a tranny mount on my trans am?

any help would be great!!

those are easy. jack car up (use jackstands) loosen crossmember under tailshaft (i didn' evan need to remove it. there is a nut on the mount that goes through the crossmember remove that. there are two bolts one on either side of the mount. remove bolts. install new mount and tigten everything back up. ive had to do so many of these ive got it down to about 10-15 min. instructions are the same for a4 and m6 trannies. good luck and let me know how it goes.

I needed to use a jack to support the transmission when removing the crossmember. Otherwise once you remove the crossmember the transmission will drop a few inches. Can be a little scary if you're not expecting it.
