do the pacesetter "race" longtubes w/o E.G.R. and A.I.R. include the block off plates?

they'll be blocked off on the header, you'll need blockoff plates for your Intake Manifold.

no, but they come with the O2 extensions

where would you guys recommend getting the plates from, and do i need egr and air? sorry im a noob just havent had a time to really look at it. :D
