ok soo i was drivin my car around, just got done with a head gasket replacement, got headers and cai when i replaced all the gaskets, and today i drove it around and it ran really well, then after it has been at opperating temp for a while it just dies randomly? then once it does start it will run and i will be going down the highway at 35 or so and it will all of a sudden lose power and shoot down to 5-600 rpm and then gain power again, but it only does it when it is warm, what do you guys think? optispark? MAF sensor?
thanks guys

How many miles on the car?
My first bet would be fuel. Get a fuel pressure gauge on the schrader valve behind the intake manifold and see how much fuel your getting. Your fuel pump could be going out and/or your fuel filter could be clogged up.

Obviously check your fuel pressure before you go out and buy a new pump. I went with a generic autozone pump b/c I knew it wasn't going to be anything more than a bolt-on car and I needed it done cheap.
What are your plans for the car? If your looking to do nitrous, h/c or something that's going to require more fuel I'd suggest upgrading to walbro255

Have you checked all of your coolant hoses and stuff might have a leak soaking the opti? Especially the damn bleed screws don't ask me how I know. lol

I forget though, it's been ages. Like I said, grab a fuel pressure gauge and hook it onto the schrader valve behind your intake manifold.
Obviously whenever anything is wrong with your car and your throwing a SES light, your first step would be to run up to your local auto parts store and borrow a OBDI/II scanner.

Sounds like you need to go over your plugs again, or check the 02's. I had a similar issue, and it turned out to be the 02's.
