where can i get a cheap axle and c clip?

that is believed to be the problem with my rear. on a side note, can that cause my wheel to come off, either of those being broken?

Dealer or auto parts store should have them for cheap. If you have disc brakes your axle will not come out, now if you had drum brakes well you will be in trouble.

While the axle will not come out if the c-clip came out, it would cause damage to the brakes. Check out tacreationsusa.com for the parts if you do need them.

On a side note, if the c-clip seperated from the axle, the part of the axle it engages with probably broke off. Pull the cover and check it out.
