I got the spoiler from "TheSpoilerCompany" on Ebay, but the instructions are for installing a universal spoiler, so they aren't much help. I'm sure I can figure out how to put everything on - I just have to figure out what it is.
Here is all the hardware it came with:

1.I have no clue.
2. Are they like "gaskets" that go under the two "posts" (near the 3rd brake light)? If so, how exactly do they go on the car without showing?
3. Some kind of nuts and bolts/washers. I'm sure I'll figure out where these go.
4. No clue.
5. No clue.
6. 3rd Brake Light, obviously.
Can anyone help me out?

Ok here you go:
1: These go between the spoiler and car. They are sort of spacers/shims. You probably won't need them. I wouldn't waste my time with them.
2. Spacers for the 2 posts to make sure they don't scratch the car. Again, I wouldn't bother with them.
3. New screws to install the spoiler. Plus caps to hide the screws. Some of those are also for attaching the led to the spoiler.
4. I believe that is a nifty little wire splicer. Put one end in one side, then feed the other end in then clamp. I wouldn't bother using it, but go ahead if you want.
5. Those came with mine also. I never used them or found a use for them.
Hope that helped!

Did you use anything for a gasket?

They go for $170 shipped new on Ebay. You can find them cheaper on Ebay, but TheSpoilerCompany has a reputation for perfect fitting spoilers. Most aftermarket spoilers need a bit of work to make them fit right.
I actually bought this one "used" (the previous owner bought it and never even took it out of the packaging) for $120 shipped.

the generic instructions that came with mine covered everything a person would need to know about those pieces but maybe yours is an older version.
#5 is used to locate the optional holes that can be drilled in the hatch for the center posts so you can bolt it down. You pop the little nub in the center of the strips up into the threaded holes in the spoiler, set it on the hatch and tape the black strips to the hatch. Then pull the spoiler back off and leave the black strips and this gives you the center of the holes you would need to drill.
I took the foam off the sides (1) but currently have the foam under the center supports (2) because they didn't touch the hatch and there was a big gap. I am considering drilling the holes to bolt it down because there is still a little gap.
Just as a note to anyone else considering one of these, this is definitely not a perfect fitting spoiler. After all the hype over at ls1tech about this thing fitting so nice and perfect and whatever, I was a little let down. I think that if people had just said it fits pretty nice but not perfect it woulda been fine. With that said, I'm not unhappy with mine but the fit is far from perfect. Not bad for the price and much, much better than other aftermarket SS spoilers I've seen. Just don't expect perfection.

I test fitted mine today and it fit very, very nice. It seems like it lacks a little length horizontally though, but everything else was near perfect. I've heard much worse about spoilers coming from SLP.
