New to nitrous, just looking for a little kick 50-75hp good idea or bad idea on 90,000 mile bottom end, heads+ cam about 30,000 all bolt-ons and computer has been tuned. Stock fuel system on car, was dynoed air fuel was fine but would it be able to handle nitrous without an upgrade?

What heads/cam? You'll probably fine as long as you do it right (enough fuel) and you only hit it on occasion, but you'll be pushing the stock bottom end probably, so be prepared to pay if you want to play.

Since it was tuned you are going to need to pull timing somehow. Typically a tune involves advancing the timing a considerable amount. You should check with your tuner to see how much additional advance over stock was programmed in.
I run a 125 shot on a 130,000 mile LT1 with no problems, but I do have all of the safety devices (Fuel Pressure Safety Switch, Window Switch, and MSD Digital 6 that pull timing when spraying).

What's up Mike, Heads are lingenfelter 2.00/1.56 56cc and the cam is custom grind but it's pretty mild was tuned by ed wright. If i pull timing out the stock fuel system will be ok?

I'd recommend upgrading your fuel pump and injectors.

Speaking from experience...I ran about a 160 wet shot through dual nozzles in front of the TB with a TR6 plug, 2 degrees of timing taken out (digi6), single walbro, with stock injectors on a mild 383ci LT1.
At minimum put a walbro340 in it with TR6s, could probably get by without reducing timing with that setup. Use a splash of 110 or 112 when you run the shot and you're set.
Good luck!
