Ok, i am not like brand new to nitrous, ive installed kits on eclipses and one avenger haha, but I would like to know what setup would be good for a 106kmi stock internal lt1. I would like to run one of the wet plates, I believe that would be the best injection method, but as far as how big of a shot to run and such, I dont know what these cars can take. And again, its a street car, so it wont be used allllll the time, but probably once a week. Just wondering what I can juice it to without blowing it up and still being able to dd it. (forget that I have 4.10s hahaha)

Alot of that is going to be personal preference. Mine's a DD and I've got a similiar setup to you. This is what I run:
NX Universal EFI kit- WOT switch setup
Purge
FPSS
MSD Window switch
TR6 plugs
I've sprayed a few bottles through it and it seems to be taking it well. Usually spraying 125. They say that LT1s can handle 150, but I haven't made that jump. I know there are plenty of people spraying 150 with no problems. I'd eventually like to buy a Nitrous Outlet plate kit and do some things different, but that will be a while down the road. I might wait until I get another DD and start building a motor for it.

As far as the size of shot, which seems to be more of what you're asking. Go with whatever you are comfortable with and ramp it up if you like. Im not real risk adverse when it comes to putting NOS on a daily driver...if it was me...I just stick a little shot (50-75hp) on it until you got another car to daily drive:devil:

Anything over a 75-100hp gain is going to be hard on the stock bottom end. But if your tune is spot on it can last forever. A little detonation or too much fuel and you can kiss your ring lands goodbye.
FWIW, I've installed lots of kits on alot of different applications. The Nitrous Outlet plate kit is the nicest I've ever installed. I picked up one of their complete kits for a customers car and was simply amazed at how much kit he got for the money.
Here's the kit we purchased:

We also got this solenoid bracket:
