Im going to be doing a cam swap (cc503 or similar) and running a 125-150 wet shot...would it be beneficial or necessary to upgrade my injectors?? And fuel pump?

Why would you need larger injectors?
I mean, the nitrous will be a wet shot, so that shouldn't need injectors, and I didn't think a 503 was big enough to need bigger injectors.
I could very well be wrong... just wondering... as I have a similar setup.

I agree that bigger injectors are not totally necessary with a wet kit and 503. However when I added my wet kit I did replace the stock injectors with a new set of 24lb injectors just to make sure they were up to par. That said if I had planned on doing cam heads etc I would have probably gone up to 32lb just for future growth...in hind site I probably should have.
As far as the fuel pump goes, replace it now. I kept the stock pump and added an inline NOS pump that came with the kit and have had fuel volume/pressure issues ever since. Now I have a racetronix kit just waiting to be installed.
Bottomline - I'd recommend upgrading both, for sure fuel pump.

I would not risk running a 503 on the stock 24lb injectors.... I suppose you could get away with 30lbers and be okay

I ran a cc306 shifting at 6500 with stock injectors. If it is a wet kit I would say to get the pump and add injectors later on when you need them.

I'd call you a lucky one then, because my 30# are at like 80% DC with my cc306
