For 200 more you could have LE2 heads.

They seem like a pretty sweet deal with titanium retainers and decent springs already installed. Those are also nice sized valves for an LT1. It looks like with a little work they will flow really good so they might have a little more left into them compared to the LE2's which are already very efficient.

I was thinking that but dont know the answer. Im would hope they have enough meat to out perform LE2s

I was thinking of sending my heads to Lloyd but I dono these seem like a good deal. Just dont know hoe they would preform vs the LE1 heads. I thought the LE2's where around $1300?

You should search around and try to find some flow #'s on them so you can compare them better, seems like a good deal though.

This is only one example and i'm not trying to sway anyone away from a purchase but I have seen a set of patriot heads off of an LS1 that were not ran for many miles and had severe valve guide wear far beyond what would have been normal.

Patriot heads are decent, alot of my LS1 friends run them with no complaints.

They look decent but LE2's are proven!
