from individual suspension pieces... like when installed lca, you were .xx faster or when installed shocks you were .xx faster and etc... maybe we can try to get a pretty big list going so that we can sticky the averaage amount of time reduced for good intel on what to expect

I can't post individual times, but I'll make a post here.

With custom 2.5" y-pipe, cat-back, K&N fipk, Hurst short throw:

Stock suspension, street tires = 13.88

Added 12bolt w/3.73, 26" slicks, LCA's, poly torque arm bushing:

Time improved = 13.09(burnt stock clutch)

Added Midwest chassis torque arm w/ -2.75* pinion angle, strange front coil-overs(softest setting), adjustable LCA's w/relo. brackets, used spec 4 clutch.

Time improved = 12.87

I'm like 3DFORMULA, I made several changes at one time.

-Lakewood lca's, 4.10's on et streets, all else stock= 12.80 @ 112 1.9 60'

-Add 9" rod ended lca's, short TA, PHB, drag springs and entry level shocks (KYB fronts, CE rears)= 12.0 @ 114 1.7 60'

-learn how to drive it (launch & shift rpm), and play w/ tire psi= current 11.87 @ 116 1.6 60'

I like the idea, but there's going to be a lot of variation based on power... the best idea would be to compare 60' times and do it for both street tires and drag radials and slicks, as that will cause a lot of variation as well.

yeah i can already see the variations..... its pretty crazy how suspension mods can lower times like that... 3dformula and 96lt1355z28 cut almost a full second with a few suspension pieces by learning how to drive it

I agree. When my car was on stock engine, stock suspension stock weight, ran 2.2 60' on street tires. Added UMI LCA's, panhard and subframe connectors still on stock engine and weight with street tires, cut the 60' to 1.9. Added 3k stall with all the above and went 1.5 60' on street tires. Best on that set up was a 13.3 1/4

^^Agreed, I kept my #'s to only suspension changes on my last engine build. I've got a stupid amount of #'s with differnt HP levels! I was thinking there would be so many different combinations it's neary impossible to create an accurate base. Good Idea though! :D X2 for the 60' idea seperated by slicks and radials.

Well I always made to many changes at one time to get were I'm at. But next year will be the big question. I was 60'ing 1.31 this year with factory springs and struts up front and comp eng shocks in the back. Put double adjustables front and rear. With AFCO's up front and QA1's in the back. No other changes and the car was going mid 1.4's pulling left. Got it to go straight, loosened the front about 5 clicks and was going 1.31's again. Hopefully with some work next year I'll be in the 1.28 area.

I got Jakesz28's old CE rear shocks on my junk now so i'm hoping with the new set-up im somewhere in the 1.5 range or so. Gotta pick up some LCA's and maybe a torque arm and hoping to have a Spohn rear sway bar by the shootout... Last year i was cutting 1.7-1.8's on COMPLETELY stock suspension with an et street...

Drastic differences -

1995 Camaro Z/28 w/ GMMG exhaust, SLP strut tower brace - 14.001
Added UMI lower control arms, UMI relocation brackets, Hotchkis non-adjustable panhard bar - 13.73 and a 13.81

To me, that is a big difference.
