Ok before i start let me say I AM NOT interested in DRAG suspension set ups. Right now, im planning once the summer hits and my money is saved to build up my suspension a bit. I want the car to be able to handle turns, NOT RACE TRACK turns, just some windy sunday driving turns. So im going to go with a umi chromoly front sturt bar (got for x mas), the suspension techniques front and rear sway bars, endlinks and bushings, a bmr adj. phb, and a torque arm to somewhat improve take off. I would like to keep the struts stock for now because my money is low. Do you guys think this is a good start. I will never lower this car, i like the stock ride quality to much, some adjustable struts, like i said, will come down the road.

Definitely.
You want the car to be rigid.
- STB
- SFCs
You want it to handle better.
- Swaybars/bushings (I'd recommend SS/1LE as you can get a good deal on them used usually)
- An adjustable panhard bar will let help control chassis roll and handling in the corner some, and paired with a adjustable torque arm it will allow you to gain better traction.
You won't get the full gain out of them without changing out your spring rates though; a generalization is: stiff ride = better cornering, soft ride = worse cornering. I'd recommend finding a medium ground, such as a progressive rate spring (Ebiach Pro Kit, for example) and also when/if you lower it I'd recommend lower control arms and relocation brackets.
