First wash of the year for both cars! Still got the ugly wheels on the Z (z06s go back on this spring).

It probably is, probably looks different in the photo. That is unless your custom painting it or something (Don't know where you work)

No, nothing is done to it, other than a K&N filter and a HID kit. I honestly think I'll never do anything significant to the car, it's just not that kind of car in my eyes. I enjoy just cruising in it, taking it to car events etc... she rides like a caddy. :D For performance I have the Z and am currently building up a 70 Nova SS, building a 472 BBC for it. I was thinking of shoving the BB in the Impala and doing a T56 swap like Tim Allen (home improvement tv show for those who don't know him) did, but decided to stay on track with the Nova.

As for the color I am almost positive the name for it is Dark Cherry Metallic. I love it because I am the only one with this color in the area. A decent amount of black ones around.
Thanks again for the compliments guys. :D

WOW, I'm getting better feedback on the Impala than my Z LOL. That's cool, thanks again for all the nice words guys, and I agree it's hard to find one in great shape, that's why I baby her. :D

No, sorry man I'm on the Mt. Prospect/Arlington Heights border, but I've been to Naperville so I know what you mean, hell they all look the same haha.

Pretty sure the color is a bit different, since the wagon I was doing is a Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser. I work out of my garage with my business :) and I work at Best Buy part time for the discount :D

Hey I live across from Famous Freddies over at Forest Cove apartments. Sounds like you are close to the same area. I love the Impalla. They are great cruisers. The Z looks good too.

It's because your Camaro is an LS1 we don't care as much for them as we do our pride an joys... LT1 for life!!:metal:

That is one clean Impala man! Take care of her, and she'll treat you good.

Honestly, as much as I love the LT1 Camaros (almost bought one), I'm still glad I got the Caprice, even though I do have my days where she pisses me off.

I'd kinda like to have an Impala SS, but I might get mugged or shot at. They have a gangsta image here in Chicago, that I'm not really wanting to be associated w/ that.

sucks.
