Mine will be... but don't have it setup yet
You can have one with a S/C as well :)
I love mine, even though it is just sitting there doing nothing until the motor is finished :(

Call 911 has one, hidden behind a stock bumper, and there's adequate airflow for proper cooling.

You camaro guys suck with your nice open front ends for FMIC's. Try doing that on a Trans Am WITHOUT it looking like a trashed cut up nose.

For real man! But if you think of it this way... What better reason do you have to run an Air/Water cooler? Especially if you dont street drive the car much.

Nope I modeled my setup after epp's kit. I have a question after the front bumper delete what do you fasten the fascia to on the bottom.

I'll let you know when I actually do it lol... If it seems stable enough, I'll leave it be, Do you have any of the piping work done inside the engine bay? pics?

I have a lower bracket that is supported by the radiator cradle and I dont have any engine bay pics yet the motor is out of it.

Here is a picture of what I have started on. This is on my Trans Am. I had to build a box behind the bumper and I'm going to bolt the air damn back on the lower crossmember/radiator support.

People give me a hard time sayimg its a dirt track car. Once the bumper cover is on it you cant see any of it.

Holds up well actually. The IC piping keeps things in place as well. It's been mounted for 3yrs now using the light support beam. I've also have 2 straps bolted from the bottom of the IC to radiator mount cradle as well as added support.

Here is mine. I welded flanges on the top of the bumper support (because the 4" thick radiator sticks out too much to just bolt it to the top). On the bottom I just made some brackets. Like others have said, the pipes make the whole thing rigid.

Other than Silas's car, I think they all look like a trashed cut up nose with the FMIC exposed.

I'm probably going to get bashed for posting my opinion on this here, but I don't like the exposed FMIC on any F-body. It looks way too ricey for me.

I wont be doing it for looks, mainly for airflow

If you want max airflow, then this would be the way to go. However, you can still achieve plenty of airflow without hacking up your front bumper. My car is proof of that.

Understandable, but my front bumped is all sorts of messed up anyways so I don't mind :)

Ben, how could you? :D J/K man. As far as exposure, you don't even know I have an IC there. The grill blocks any sign of an IC. You only see it in the pic because the flash went off. I'm sure though that I get more air in there then you do though.

Jon,
Do you still have the stock fog lights with your setup now?

RealQuick and Fastbird, do you have or plan to have your bumper noses cut up for airflow? I saw a white LT1 TA with that done on ls1tech that looked so good, it appeared factory, but I can't remember who it was. The cutting is the one thing that won't allow me to do an FMIC. I have an aftercooler waiting to go on (I know they aren't pretty either though).

I think its because you can't really see it that I don't mind it on your car. That, and your car is just sick looking. But then again, I am kind of partial to silver Z's
