My car was setting funny a couple of months ago. It was 1.5 inches higher on the passanger side. SO i swapped the springs and shocks on the back and it was within .25 inch after. Now the problem is back??? Is the spring on one side turning while driving it? They are Mac lowering springs and kyb shocks.

Any help?

Now that the problem is back, has the problem swapped sides?

Either way, my bet would be on one of the springs relaxing too much.

Car is still high on the same side. The spring change didn't matter? Can a weak shock cause this?

hmm, possibly, any signs of leaking from the shock? How old are they?

Could be your control arms binding up if they are not greased or over tightened.

Have you driven it though a ditch lately? lol

In all seriousness, I've seen cars that sit crooked from all sorts of things. Worn out springs, bent suspension components, binding suspension components, or simply an unbalance weight load.

maybe im wrong but i thought it was an f-body thing..mine to is higher on driver side rear, and so is my buddys.ive been told by several others on different boards that its a common thing for one side or the other to be a little higher.i actually did the hose mod on my drivers side rear and left the isolator in the passenger rear.worked perfect for me.

It must be a problem with the shocks. The temp got up to around 60 and there was almost no difference in hieght. I have newer control arms with relocation brackets so i guess one side might be welded on a little different also. My shocks and springs are close to 7 years old but only about 30k miles.
