I need to know what size fitting I need to join the two hoses from the TB.

I cant remember the exact thing but for some reason, 3/8 barbed hose or 5/8 barbed hose is sticking in my head

I did the tb bypass on my 93 about 5 years ago and 3/8 into 5/8 is what I seem to remember too.

that sounds about right, i know they are different sizes at either end, at least for an LS1, sure its the same thing for an LT.

I used a double 3/8's brass barb fitting.... :doh:

same principle for a 93-94. I wouldn't do it if you live in a cold climate though.

LOL yeah like the Arctic, i have driven through some cooooold places with the windchill frigggin cold,damn heater did not work good at all but i never had a TB blade freeze...pretty much the heat from the engine will be enough

I live in South Mississippi. The throttle blade won't give me any problems. I'll look into the fitting sizes.

i did mine without any parts at all..is the 97 different from the 93-96?just re-route the long one and cancel out the other
