We need more details. Is it drivable with a slight miss or is it missing really bad. Im guessing you put the opti on 180* off if it is missing really bad, that is if all the wires are in the correct places and are not burned etc.

EDIT, actually im not even sure if the car will run with the opti turned wrong. Hopefully someone else chimes in that knows what they are talking about.

looked i crossed wired it and it ran great until i parked then went to drive it and now it misses on top end .......it falls on its face and the mph gauge goes crazy.....thanks for the help

well what kind of opti is it? did you get a cheap ebay one?

when you started taking things apart did you mess with any grounds?
thats what it sounds like
