The New Economic Stimulus Payments

Q. What is an Economic Stimulus Payment?
A. It is money that the federal government will send to taxpayers.

Q. Where will the government get this money?
A. From the taxpayers.

Q. So the government is giving me back my own money?
A. Only a smidgen.

Q. What is the purpose of this payment?
A. The plan is that you will use the money to purchase a high-definition TV set, thus stimulating the economy.

Q. But isn't that stimulating the economy of China?
A. Shut up.

Below is some helpful advice on how to best help the US economy by spending your stimulus check wisely:
+++
If you spend that money at Walmart, all the money will go to China.
If you spend it on gasoline it will go to the Arabs.
If you purchase a computer it will go to India.
If you purchase fruit and vegetables it will go to Mexico, Honduras, and Guatemala (unless you buy organic).
If you buy a car it will go to Japan.
If you purchase useless crap it will go to Taiwan.
And none of it will help the American economy.

We need to keep that money here in America. You can keep the money in America by spending it at yard sales, going to a baseball game, or spend it on prostitutes, beer (domestic ONLY), or tattoos, since those are the only businesses still in the US.

We need to get PRIDE IN THE USA again start by deporting all illegals and quit supporting those on death row(press the button already) start gettin the other inmates to make things instead of farming out to foriegn countries.
the only answer i have to the bullsh8t stimulus checks is this:
how many illegals working in the US using ficticious SS numbers hmmm they are getting taxes taken and the gov. is doing what with this money and for how many years now?
Illegals and our gov. has helped our country to the wonderful state in which we are all in now :claps: yay team can we get back to bizzzness here so the people that LOVE this country and work hard for it can get back into enjoying life again ::end rant::::::::::hail:

I hate seeing so many people driving around import cars. Especially these old women in theyre damn Toyota Corollas. It's all the old womens' fault I tell ya.

How do you expect the economy to be great when everyone buys fuckin foreign cars. People don't understand they need to support their own country by purchasing their goods.

Personally I love the 650 million they've allocated to expand the national TV converter box fund. Find 1 single converter box that's made in the USA. 1. I bet they are all made in China. Way to go, Democrats! You've just thrown half a billion - literally - in to Chinese factories! And what do we have to show for it? Oh, people can watch their TV. They should be paying down the national debt, not increasing it by $4k per taxpayer. And those that do not pay taxes should get NO REBATES.

there are no more domestic beers (at least the big names, miller, bud, coors), they've all been bought out by Europeans and South Africa.

I get what you guys are saying, about domestic cars, and I'm all for it. But this is how a democracy and capitalism works.

Duke it out, let the market take its course, and only the strong survive.

For the mainstream market, American car companies stopped producing products that people valued. (resale value, mpgs and reliability, is what people that aren't so much into cars want).

If you're a republican, then you'd see what I'm talking about. Lift yourself up by your bootstraps, make shit everyone wants, make it worth something and stop crying.

Capitalism, trying to get the most for your dollar is what's up.

American companies and all. Even the Chinese have started outsourcing to Taiwan and poorer Asian nations.

People should sacrifice some stuff (maybe reliability on a car) but they also have to pay for it. People want to keep money in their pockets, not dish it out to the mechanic, or pay more at the store.

Bang for the buck is what it's all about.

NO Budweiser, they were bought out by a foreign company...

Thanks! I work for NAPA and we do pride ourselves on 90% of our stores being locally owned by people in your community.
