Redbird1993x, Ric and I have been going at it for the last 4+ years with our 93 LT1 F bodies. His knowledge and experience is on a level with mine and we've learned from each other. We've both been hammering on these cars like forever. After a couple yrs of wrenching and storing parts we both were ready to race at the same time. Motor to Motor.
Both are stock type bottom ends with H/C and an exh set up that is almost identical. I was having to "baby" into 3rd and still set new speed times. Good to be back in the game!

lol, you betcha it is. I am close to the end of 3rd at 92~mph with my M29 and 3.23's.
