Is it just me, or was that very painful to read? They need a tl;dr summary. Regardless, their efforts are focusing on COVID and H2Oi. Hopefully the Fall cruise event is still a go with precautions. I saw Wildwood just cancelled their event over the weekend.

I have always been a big fan of the fall cruise. But regardless of weather it's an official go or not people still will go down there on that weekend.
Just sounds like they are getting serious now.
Its really a shame how 1 " unsanctioned event" can literally ruin it for a lot of people

If there are any other LT1 F bodies or B bodies headed there in the fall, we should all do some sort of meet up.

Make sure you look for the LS1Tech meetup as well. I'm up for a get together though. The spring GTGs are always fun.

Just watch yourself down there. They have implemented the special event traffic enforcement for October 6th through October 11th.
Now I know I'm about to compare apples to oranges here but, during h20i they actually had police officers from Virginia and Pennsylvania down there to make sure they had plenty of coverage, and according to local news there were 277 arrests and 345 vehicles impounded!

They've been doing the special event zone for the past 2 years I think? It's pretty much killed all real racing on Coastal from the speed limit being so low, now everyone goes inland or north. They're definitely not going to be anywhere near as aggressive towards cruisers being that the event is sanctioned. Kinda glad H2Oi was rowdier than ever, makes the cruisers look like angels lmao.
