I plan on doing the LS1 brake swap and running aftermarket brakes, lines, and rotors. So I have 2 ?

I just need the spindle and calipers from an ls1 correct?
What kind of lines will I have to use, ones for an ls1 or lt1?

youll need spindle, caliper bracket, caliper and line. you also would benefit from a brake booster from an 01 since that year they got upgraded. of course youd need the rotors and pads too, but thats a given.

:cool: would I need ls1 or could I make lt1 lines work?

That is really the only ? I haven't found a solid anwser to.

I would get LS1 lines just to play it safe. get braided lines, its worth it.

I should know this because I did an LS1 brake swap... However, I CAN tell you that it's definitely worth the swap! If you didn't know, you'll need a wheel allignment afterwards, and I also recommend hawk pads. HUGE difference!

Thanks for the info... I wish someone would know what lines I would need to use because I have looked everywhere for that info.
