I've tried new batteries and even replaced the key fob itself. Seems like the signal is real weak. I can hover it around the back glass and keep pushing the button and it will eventually unlock. Didn't know where to start or if I could extend the antana in the vehicle any way.

Just a suggestion but mine did the same thing when my car battery started to go dead.

Mine was getting worse and worse when I was still driving it. Maybe someone else has figured it out. I definetlty havent.

I have the same issue. Something about BCM that makes it a mud duck.

No BCM in a 95. There is a "receiver" in the passenger side kick panel. BCM is in 96/97 only. Try holding the transmitter close to the receiver to see if it gets better.

It's not how fast you mow. It's how you mow fast.
Ok the thing is still a mud duck. Have to be right on it. I sometimes tap my key fob on the t top then push button it works then.

I think some people may have opened up the fob units and found corrosion on the printed circuit board, interfering with the button motion. Filed away in the back of my memory, from other sites I follow.

Yeah I cleaned mine but sometimes. I have to give it a nudge.

It's not how fast you mow. It's how you mow fast.
