I'm selling the entire engine from my wifes 94 Impala. Asking $3,000

Mods:
383 forged internals with Lunati crank, Scat 6" rods, Speedpro Pistons
24x conversion
Custom Cam motion cam (I'll have to find the spec sheet)
3/8" pushrods
Original GM Delphi lifters (last of the originals)
Cam Motion hardened oil pump drive gear
Taylor 10.4mm Custom plug wires
Valve covers are aluminum with the coil mounts welded on. The only ones like this.

heads: Aluminum with mild port work, 2.00/1.55 valves, 7/16" screw in studs w/ guide plates, Full, steel, non SA 1.6 roller rockers, Has custom steel braided crossover tube

Intake is gasket matched with heads, adj fpr, 30# SVO injectors, 52mm TB,

Meziere EWP mounted on water pump
Complete with all accessories including AC compressor, Alt, PS pump

I'm sure I'm missing a lot. I have a lot of work done and invested in this and it has less than 1,000 miles on it since the build.

The bad is it needs a set of rings. Not exactly sure why the rings didn't seat but it has blowby.
I'm going full LS swap and need to sell this.

I live 1 hour north of Bowling Green and can bring to LTx Shootout for serious buyer

I will get pics loaded up in a few

EDIT: Also, this combo made 425/430 with a broken converter. The converter broke on the dyno and it stayed locked

Am I not seeing it, or did you not have the pcv system completed? I see a fresh air hose, but no hole on the other cover in the pic without all the harness and stuff. Looks like you've got no vacuum hooked up so all it can do to exhaust crank case pressure is push your oil into the intake via the fresh air hose to the throttle body. I see the hard line going under the throttle body, so i see why you dont have a hole in the other valve cover now, but in the pic of the manifold stripped down, looks like the pvc vacuum port for that style is plugged when it was painted, so if the hard line was not attatched to the fitting under the throttle body there would still be no vacuum through the crankcase

Also, it's unlikely the converter "broke" and remained locked. More than likely the tcc solenoid failed. Common issue, fairly easy fix.

If this is still available I'd be interested in the 24x setup

Sorry I haven't check in here in a while. Too much going on.
I still have this and deciding to sell whole or parting out.
If I part it out I'll be selling the 24x setup and the intake, valve covers etc. Basically stuff not needed for a Carbed style setup.
My plan is to re-ring it & drop it in my daughters 79 K10 with a self tuning efi kit like Holley or FiTech.
This motor and with this cam makes alot of torque which is what I originally wanted. Its was just a cruiser that could easily roast the tires off idle for street fun. Not a racecar.

But I'll check back here more often now.
