No. Side A. The disc should be labeled "engine side" or something like that.

? You're not confusing a standard clutch with the LT1 clutch are you? LT1s have a pull-style clutch, and the disc direction is reversed. The sprung hub part that sticks out sits inside the shallow part of the flywheel.

i stand corrected! yes i had my head up my ass and forgot the LT1 has a pull style clutch, my bad....:doh:

thats what I thought. I did some searching on other boards and was getting conflicting answers. I dropped the trans so long ago it seems, that I had forgotten how everything sat in there. guess I would have noticed when it would have been a PITA to bolt the pressure plate up.

so to clarify what Greez96Z posted(without MS paint and using a real pics this time) this is what goes where.
this is a RAM powergrip clutch. The disk isn't labeled except for the Ram logo.
This side faces the trans/PP

and this side faces flywheel that allows the hub to fit into the flywheel(sorry, didn't know it was blurry when I took it)
