WELP,

I had been driving a '13 Hyudai Veloster Turbo for the past few years as my commute started to suck (bumper to bumper for ~1.5 hrs), but now that I moved closer to work, its 15 minutes (70% highway, 30% surface streets)

So I thought, why not save the ~$400 payment and start driving the WS6 again?

it had been in storage since '12 the last time the opti took a dump on me and I didnt have time to fix it, so I got it going, and had the AC fixed and its running pretty good, it shutters off idle and still throws the CES light after a while, but overall pretty good.

Feels good man

Others will probably disagree but those white letters look awesome.
Breaks up the black a little

funny story about those, so when I first moved back to Texas, I left the car at my parents house while my wife and I were in an apartment waiting for our house to sell.

So my dad had the plasti dip and the tire paint, because he did the wheels/tires on his old chevy pickup.

I was at work and I get the pictures, I was so mad, I didnt know he plasti dipped the wheels, so I thought he just spray painted them. And at first I hated the white letters, I thought it looked really ricer

But when we went to visit one long weekend, I checked it out and drove it, it really grew on me, in real life it just looks mean, straight out of Madmax or something.
Anyways. haha

I'll be the negative nancy. I can't stand the white lettering fad that's currently around. At all.

I never disliked white letters, in the 2000s I painted white letters on my super swampers.....

I dig white letters on mud tires or old radials but think they look silly on low pros. It's a fad.

I think they look silly on low profile tires too, but comparing the side wall on the 275-40-17 to some of the new tires I see on teh new camaros and mustangs it looks like a truck tire, hahaha

This is definitely true also.

My thing is, if it's a legit raised letter white under black sidewall tire, then sure. Think old school cool. But tossing a sticker or painting the letters just to look cool? Not so much, and you're a big rolling advertisement now.

Agree to disagree about the tires. What's going on with the 1st gen bird in the garage?

yea I know you mean, I probably would have never done it myself.

I actually saw a website not too long ago that sells permanent tire stickers, you pick what you want them to say, the color and font and they make them and you stick them on lol
