heater hose and oil cooler

can i elemanated the heater hoses off the water pump and what is the hose that runs from the pump to the l lower radiator

I would "loop" the heater hoses and keep the flow restrictor (#13).

you don't need it, but I run it anyway. on the supercharged car we have it capped since it would be in the way

My heater ports at water pump are welded shut and the oil cooler line was removed, ends are capped.

ECT sits at thermostat setting.
