Has anyone ever ran O2 Sensor extensions before and which ones worked I was looking at these https://www.amazon.com/O2-Sensor-Spacer-Adapter-Extender/dp/B00CZFCPQU and for the front o2s it is these for the 96 right AC-Delco # AFS75 its been a while since I've done mine so I cant remember.

the AFS75 is the only 02 to use

IDK about that amazon 02 extender....I would think it would FU the 02 readings pulling the sensor away from "direct" path of exhaust

if you have headers and your 02 wire connector no longer reaches the sensor, get these. http://innovativewiring.com/?page_id=364

Everything Gary makes is perfect & top quality

Sounds like he may be using the extenders to move the after-cat sensors out of the exhaust stream so they don't set a code for a missing cat. An alternative to using a "sim", or having the after-cat sensors tuned out. Heard that works, but never tried it. In effect it dampens the swings from rich to lean, compared to the pre-cat sensors. That's what the PCM expects to see when the cat is there and working.

I use standard spark plug nonfoulers sold at advance auto for $7, the 18mm tapered seat ones, on my 2000 maxima with no cats and headers, it's a cali emissions car and works perfect on it. Instead of drilling out the nonfouler, take a Dremel and cut the cage off the end of the sensor, cut carefully as to not damage the sensing element underneath. Makes life easier.

Whatever you do, do NOT put these on the FRONT PRIMARY o2's, a guy did that on ls1tech and the motor nearly blew

Damn that's the one I need the spacers for so they don't foul so often I think I did mine last year or 2 years ago

What? Your o2 sensors will wear out with time, is what it is. Fix your tune so it's not too rich and stops killing them. If you space the primary o2 sensor out the car will run RICHER since it's not seeing all the exhaust, hence thinking it's lean
