Is it a legit walbro? Just pump or is it in the basket?

Yes the walbro is a legit 255. See pics. I had to upgrade to a dual pump 340 walbro setup for my supercharged car.

Also, the red thing is a cap that I placed on it for storage purposes, just remove with your hand and install in your fuel bucket with a submersible fuel hose. Nothing else is needed.
