So I think Im gonna sell my 6 spd set up from the camaro... as much as it would be fun in the Impala, The car will be faster shifting itself...
Now... a couple questions...
First, what all should I include for someone when selling a t56 swap?
Second, what should I ask for the set up? The trans is a built T56... it had all of the (cant remember the name of the big build) parts added minus the viper output shaft.
Ill include the full clutch assembly which never slipped but prob has about 20k on it. Dual friction centerforce.
Finally it will include the pedals and resevoir set up from the motor compartment... and whatever else people tell me should be included to make it complete...

Since a stock used T56 brings $1500-1800, I'd say a beefed T56 with that clutch and all swap components should bring near $3k GLWS

Full swap with clutch? Start at $4.5k and see how it rolls.

I would probably start between 5 and 6k, maybe a little higher, then decide how low you want to go.

5-6k is ridiculous. I wouldnt pay more than 3k for that set up. Plus LT guys aren't going to pay that.

3500 and hope for the best, stay firm on it.
If youre willing to separate the clutch/flywheel/sfi housing let me know. I could use those.

Even if i seperated the clutch and flywheel go for 1k new... so selling at 50% plus what i have in the bell housing would be like 700 bucks.

Worthless! Give it to me for free [emoji14]
3.5k firm like tubby said. I wouldn't take less than 3k for it.

Agree but you have so good part there. I would say 3-4 thousand. There are getting to be fewer & fewer LT'S unfortunately.

Take the new value of the upgraded trans, clutch, and bellhousing and divide by 2. I could see you getting 3-3.5k easily. A brand new t56 magnum is only 3k though.
As for stock crap, I've seen the LS t56s go for $2k but the LT goes for far less. I got one with 85k for $800 w/ bellhousing a few years back
