Is it just me or is it not common to find new fuel rails for the lt1? Suggestions? Would like to start fresh with all new parts. Guess they stopped manufacturing? Any help. Thanks

The stock fuel rails flow a massive amount of fuel. There's not much need to upgrade. The other issue is they are mounted at an angle so rails made for sbc intakes won't work. I have 2 sets of rails that I've welded an bungs on for guys that want to upgrade their fuel lines, but the rails themselves are good for more horsepower than anyone will make

Are you concerned about flow degradation, because as noted above, I've seen stock rails (with parallel conversion) easily support 1,100+ HP. Also can't think of anything that would degrade flow. If you are concerned with varnish or sediment from a vehicle that sat for a long time unused, have them pressure cleaned with solvent.
A bit of polish and the outside can look better than new, with a mirror finish.

No I just need new setup, the rails that are on there now are all messed up from previous owner. Was wanting to put all new fuel rails. The cross line between the two rails had a hair line crack too.

Check with one of the large online GM parts dealers. Find the part in their parts diagrams, get the part number, contact them and ask them to check their online dealer network to see if they can find an NOS part in a dealer parts bin. I've recently read a thread where Nalley was able to find a part that was no longer in production.

On the other hand, there is really no limit to what you can do to improve the appearance, and the crossover pipe can be braised. I have my return line (parallel conversion) connected to a fitting added to the crossover pipe.

Ok ya I'll try them. When I looked was no longer manufactured which if anything guess I would have to get fittings welded on the ends and somehow cut out the cross feed. But I'll surely call them today thanks again

Or if anyone has a fabricated set to sell I would grab a pair.

If you know what sizes you want I can make a set for you. I typically do -8 in the rear and -6 in the front of the rail pointed straight up. This allows you to plumb them in series (-8 feed in the rear of the driver side, looped -6 in the front, -8 return on the rear of the passenger side) or parallel (each rail is fed it's own -8 supply from a single larger main with a -6 return that ties into a single larger return). If you're not looking to do all that, I may have a good crossover tube laying around from a set I've welded up

Hell yes I would purchase a set! What would you take for them? I would like two sets if possible

$75 a pair shipped with cores. If you want 2 pair I would do both for $125
