So I'll be building 383 lt1 ported heads 3 angle valve job with back cut valves, ported intake, 58mm tb, xfi 290 cam, a tune, 1.6 sa roller rockers, 11:1 comp what up can I expect

There's not enough details to give an accurate guess. What do the heads flow? What is your quench? Who is tuning it? Are you using 1.5/1.5/3mm rings or thick ringed heavy old sbc pistons and rings? What size injectors? What crank are you using? A cast eagle crank could break before it hits the dyno. How high do you plan to spin it? If the heads are crap, the tune is crap, and you limit it to 6000rpm, it could only make 300rwhp through an auto, if you do it right it could be 420rwhp through a 6 speed. Need way more details to give an accurate guess of where in between.
